Had the best stay, the hotel was spotless and so modern. The staff was 10/10. Highly recommended this hotel.
Great location very central to temple bar very friendly staff and helpful hotel very modern and clean.

Cracking hotel.... perfect location and the staff were very friendly 👌👌will defo be back
Really great stay, hotel is really nice, clean and modern. Location is amazing, and pricing is great! Room is small but clean and up to date. Highly recommend
Loved my stay everything was petfect staff were so professional and friendly. I will recommened to friends and family.
This is my best hotel in Dublin. Very friendly staff, good atmosphere, location. Cozy room, clean. I would like to return this place again. I would only like to add a little cosmetics to the bath, for example, hair conditioner and toothbrush glass.
Probably the only issue I had was finding a comfortable room temp. I had some difficulty in understanding the heating system and was never able to regulate the temperature.
I stayed Christmas eve and Christmas day and I have to say the staff really made it a fantastic day. So a big thank you to all of them
TV didn't work well, floor wasn't so clean. Otherwise, nice hotel
The accommodations were overall ok; however we had a fire alarm go off, with no instructions from the hotel staff as to what to do. Many hotel guests - along with us - went down to the lobby, but were never told what was going on, or when it was ok to go back up.
Nice venue close to all of shops and bars, lovely rooms and staff friendly, also bar open late again with lovely friendly staff Only negative paper tea cups in rooms
Was very happy with the room
A great location, clean modern decor and dog friendly! Rooms smallish but perfect for what we needed. No cooked breakfast, just continental but plenty of choice. No on site car park but Arnotts car park beside the hotel. Just a bit difficult travelling through Arnotts with all our bags- and a dog!
lovely and clean
Great location. Good quality room. Very pleasant staff. Will be staying again.
Fantastic hotel, super central location, friendly and helpful staff.
Nice looking foyer and bar, well decorated and comfortable rooms. Good central location. Overall very happy with my stay.
Great location and fabulous customer service. Bed in the room was so comfy. Reception team very helpful and polite.
very good and good location
Great location and has everything for an overnight city break… Rooms are funky
I’ll start with the constructive parts, I feel for almost €500 for two nights I’d expect a little better. The first room on the 7th floor overlooked a floodlit carpark which I asked to change. The rooms are very small (this can’t be changed). The shower had low pressure. The room did not have an iron/board and no phone to contact reception this meant walking down and queuing while people checked in to arrange. Turning up 10 mins later. Only one person on reception at most times. The shower screen is small meaning water sprays everywhere. The shower gel dispenser didn’t work, had to unscrew to get any out.As far as I can tell the only difference between king and queen rooms is bed size so extra money only got a bigger bed (I should have read that) check out time not clearly advertised. Cleaners knocked twice on my last morning which is confusing as it was before check out time on both occasions surely they know when I’ve checked out? The staff at reception and the bar were amazing and extremely friendly. Reception lady changed my room with no issues and was very helpful. The lobby and bar area are big and very clean. The location is fantastic. The rooms were clean and a good temperature. Overall the price just did not seem to reflect the room that other hotels in the same area can offer and unfortunately fell short of my expectations.
Good location very helpful staff and clean comfortable room
Very nice place to stay.only one problem.i was booked in to stay one night.Thurs 12/12/24. But decided to stay the Friday night also 13//12/24 for an extra 181 euro.but then decided to stay the sat night also.and told your reception crew about my interest and could they give me a good rate for the 3rd night??but they couldn't?? So I paid 261 euro again that night.so in total I paid for 3 nights was 121 Thurs, 181 Fri ,and sat 261.total 563 euro for 3 nights?? Which I found way out of the standard.so if you could give me a discount for any future stays?? It would ne greatly appreciated.? Thanks. David
Great location in the Centre of Dublin. Breakfast was busy and a bit chaotic. I think the breakfast space could be widened to accommodate the crowds at peak times.
This hotel is perfectly placed for shopping and entertainment. Turn right you have Henry Street, turn left you have Half Penny Bridge, Temple Bar and Grafton Street. The aircon was a little loud but this hotel was a great price for a lovely new clean hotel which had a lot of character.
Great location, comfortable bed, and not a bad breakfast. Would stay again.
Fantastic place to stay in the heart of Dublin. Clean, friendly staff and lively atmosphere. Highly recommended
Excellent professional and friendly
Excellent location. Lovely layout decor. The only downfall was the rooms were small with kids.
This was our second city staying at a Motel One. We have now stayed in Munich, and Dublin. Both lovely! Only suggestion is one more garbage can in main room instead of just bathroom!
Great hotel. Fantastic location , Definitely recommend
Starting on a positive note, the location is ideal for a shopping trip and the staff are competent, professional and friendly. The bedroom was quite small, only one chair despite two guests. The TV seems to operate over WiFi and was unreliable. The waterflow from the shower head was terrible. Breakfast was OK but it should be clearly identified at booking that it is continental.
Excellent facility in the heart of the city. Bottles water in the room would improve the overall score
Hotel is in a great location. The surroundings are lovely - comfortable, clean rooms, lovely staff and a great continental breakfast
The staff are the best in the industry. The hotel is clean and well appointed. The bar is fabulous. Such a comfortable sitting area. Every detail is well done. One star employee is the sweet lady who keeps the lobby area clean and tidy everyday. She is remarkable! Thank you for a lovely stay.
Excellent location. Very impersonal hotel. Would stay again for location only.
Clean, comfortable, nice staff and good value. Would definitely stay there again.
Unfortunately there was no drinking water in the rooms, also the customers we brought thought they would have a fry for breakfast which wasn't available
Room was good size for one..decent shower and tea making facilties. Choice of channels on TV is very limited...no BBC or ITV or Sky News as found in most hotels in Ireland now. Also the television signal fails for a number of minutes each hour...this has been happening since hotel opened as I have stayed several times and it happens each time.
Accommodations were excellent.
A great hotel . With really friendly helpful staff .24 hr bar was an added bonus when your out on a work do . Location 💯

A clean hotel for a reasonable price – in the heart of the city
Our city hotels in Dublin offer comfortable accommodation in the centre with excellent connections to public transport. The Jervis Luas stop and the train station are located close to the design hotel. If you’re arriving at the hotel by car, we recommend using the APCOA Car Park Jervis Street, which is only three minutes away from the hotel. That way, you can easily visit Dublin’s attractions like EPIC The Irish Emigration Museum (Connolly station) and the National Leprechaun Museum.
Not far from the hotel, you’ll also find Dublin’s Jeanie Johnston museum: on a replica of a ship that took Irish emigrants to North America in the 19th century, history is made tangible. Further out from the hotel in Dublin, but definitely worth the trip on public transport, the former Kilmainham Gaol prison has been converted into a thought-provoking museum. This is where political prisoners were once held.
