The Hotel is located within walking distance to the old town. The rooms are quiet but quite small. You don’t have much space to move around. The bathroom was well equipped and had a large shower. We did not use the lobby or the Bar/Breakfast area so we cannot share any opinion on them. The biggest minus that we’ve encountered in both rooms was the Bed. It was rock hard and we had a very bad sleep. Since we only stayed 2 nights we didn’t bother to ask for a Topper. I see the hotel as more oriented towards adult couples and less as family friendly.

Cleanliness, Buffet, check-in all flawlessly. Many television stations could not be received -- probably need to rescan the frequencies. Rooms are very small.
Very good personnel service at reception desk and also comfortable room. In other opposite side is the availability of space during the breakfast. Varieti of good could be also improved.

very friendly staff, perfect breakfast options. it was very busy at Saturday in the breakfast lounge and best to be there early enough to find a good place to sit.

The Staff was very nice, the rooms were clean and cozy, and breakfast was fresh with a nice variety. It would have been nice to have a small bottle of water or understand if the tap water is ok to drink.
I appreciate the service you provided. It was a pleasant experience to be considered for my early check-in, and overall, I had a nice stay at Motel One.

The staff at reception were very friendly and competent. The room was a bit cold and the air conditioning could not be regulated or turned off properly. The towels in the bathroom were not changed.

Ik houd van Motel One. Ik ben ook in jullie hotel geweest in Barcelona en ik vind de service heel goed en de kamers heel fijn.
The rooms near the elevator can hear the noise of the people using the elevator. The breakfast area was chaotic, the buffet had far too few options, and not sufficiently stocked. The parking area had no functional charging point.
I experienced excellent and friendly service - the only critical point was limited parking space, but this also was handled pragmatic and quick. Thank you!

Poor breakfast. The cleaning crew stole personal items. Lock everything in the safe for avoiding such.
Reception was friendly and helpful (Ms. Maurine Aguila Benito — did very well to make guests feel welcome). AirConditioning seemed to be switched off somewhere in the early morning, so the room would heat up. Only to come back on at 06:00 to make the temperature comfortable again. (Windows needed to remain closed due to noise from outside)
My favorite was that the breakfast had an ecological focus. However, I would have liked some scrambled eggs.

Why an 8/10, only because 1. it was a bit noisy but this is clear whit being that close to the main station, which is the pro here. 2. Due to fairs during that time the breakfast area was super crowded but the concept includes to sit down at couches and armchairs.

Simply excellent! This has been the best experience I have had so far in any hotel in Germany, period. The room was comfortable and perfectly isolated from the outside, I did not hear the noise of the trains despite the hotel being just beside the tracks and a few hundred meters from Nuremberg's main train station. Thanks and congratulations!
Very pleasant stay as a company group (3 nights). Service is very friendly and ready to help. Our company is going at this hotel for several years and I notice this time new arrangement in the Lobby and breakfast area. Looks very good and modern. We will go back next year again!
My second stay at this hotel. As usual with Motel One the lobby is chic but room small and simple. Bar food options limited, but good breakfast. Very convenient for station and the old town.

Spoorwegromantiek in het Motel One Neurenberg City
Overnachten in het Motel One Neurenberg City betekent automatisch meegevoerd worden door de geschiedenis van de spoorweg.
De stad die vandaag de dag vooral bekend staat om zijn Kaiserburg en de Christkindlesmarkt, was de eerste stad op Duitse bodem die een spoorweglijn kreeg. En dat thema, de tijd van de spoorwegpioniers, verwerken wij in ons Design Hotel. 's Ochtends wacht u een biologisch ontbijt tegen een schilderachtig spoorwegdecor, met antieke reiskoffers als decoratie. Aan de bar, uw station voor een kopje koffie in de namiddag of een cocktail 's avonds, ziet u een op rails geïnspireerde lichtinstallatie.
In de comfortabele loungemeubels, waaronder de designklassiekers van Arne Jacobsen Achille Castiglioni waant u zich in eerste klas en staat u maar één ding te doen: relaxt achteroverleunen.
