I had a wonderful stay at this hotel, especially thanks to its fantastic central location, which made it very convenient to explore the city. I would like to give a special mention to Ginevra, whose professionalism and kindness truly stood out. She went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting the city!
Excellent communication, was able to check in online, then access the room early on the day of arrival. Very friendly and helpful front of house staff, efficient and welcoming, the even charged my phone.. At breakfast the staff were professional and friendly, they kept the various foods topped up, tables were wiped down promptly and no plates etc allowed to build up on vacated tables. We noticed that the hot drinks machine was cleaned properly inside and pout after the breakfast service was over, an excellent sign of high hygiene standards. All in all a very comfortable stay and would recommend this hotel to others visiting Manchester.

Excellent central hotel nothing not to like ,if you want a comfortable relaxing stay in town it's the perfect place ,we always book motel one as it's the perfect weekend experience and we love it .

We had an overnight stay for a concert at the nearby AO Arena. The hotel was ideally located for the arena, shops bars and restaurants. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. We had one of the best continental style breakfasts we'd ever had anywhere. Overall a very pleasant stay for a very reasonable price.

A great hotel right in the heart of everything. The lady on reception was really friendly and very helpful, she took the time to make conversation, excellent customer service skills. The room was lovely and clean. Great shower in bathroom. Room was a little on small side but it was adequate for what we needed. The bed was very comfy with a good mattress. Pillows were great too. I would highly recommend staying at this hotel it definitely served our needs.
Very central location. Cosy and comfortable. Nice decor. The shower was disappointingly weak. The shower unit was modern and nice but was a little slippery on the smooth surface. Lucky I tested the safe in the room without putting anything in it first. It said error after it locked and would not open again. I didn't bother getting it unlocked.
Amazing hotel friendly staff
Beautiful place at amazing location! Friendly staff and excellent service. Our room was perfectly clean and spotless, and we felt very safe and comfortable during our stay. Breakfast was very satisfactory.
Great hotel, clean and smart and reasonably priced, will use it again. Breakfast option is great, though I would advise it is a very European style (which I like). The reception staff are always friendly and accommodating.

Lovely hotel. My only complaint was the air con wasn't great and the rooms were a little bit too warm but the rest was lovely. Bar area was nice, staff were friendly, we've stayed at this hotel twice and it's a great location 👍🏻
We stayed at this hotel on my sister’s recommendation, as she’s a regular guest. When we arrived, the room was very cold, so we reported it to reception. A lady tried to fix it, but it stayed cold until a kind gentleman named Maguy came to our room. He reassured us that he’d do everything he could to make us feel comfortable. I was already in a bad mood, as I had traveled from London to honor my late mother and visit her grave. Maguy’s kind words and attitude uplifted me and made me want to enjoy my short stay in Manchester. Good service after that.

Great location, great room, decent breakfast - and a decent price too. The only downside? No parking, but there are plenty of options. I'd recommend using the Piccadilly Plaza parking - less than 5 minutes walk away.
Great experience. The location of the motel was perfect for us. The receptionist, Evie, on check in was lovely. Very genuine and helpful. What a great representative of your company. The check in process was quick and efficient. No one wants to hang around the foyer going through a long process. The room was perfect and well designed. Small but everything we needed. The safe built into the bedside table was cleaver. Very modern very clean room with disposable recyclable cups. I never previously used glasses or cups in rooms as I was not convinced that they had been cleaned properly. No noise from outside and blackout curtains were great. 12 noon checkout is a great idea. Even though we checked out early and our cases were stored, it is a great idea for those travelling for celebrations or business. The continental breakfast was clever. Well-designed and the products were great. Good that you try to use as much local produce as possible. Extra touches made breakfast a good experience. We had a great experience and will continue using this brand.

Top hotel waren er met een vriendengroep schone kamers ! Lekker grote handdoeken . Super vriendelijk personeel 24uur per dag. We waren eerder bij deze keten in Studgard gaan dit vaker boeken 👍🏻!!

Super fijne kamer en erg schoon! Super aardig en fijn personeel die ook hebben geholpen met een kleine blessure die ik tijdens het sporten had opgelopen! Would recommend!
Motel One is een uitstekende plek om een paar dagen te verblijven. De ligging is geweldig. Kamers klein maar verder prima. Ontbijt uitstekend. Gezellige bar om de dag af te sluiten.
Ik zou het hotel zeer aanbevelen, heel centraal gelegen, makkelijke verbinding van de luchthaven. Hotel erg netjes, zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel! Goed uitgebreid ontbijtbuffet. Kortom erg goed verblijf gehad!

Mooi hotel in het centrum, kamers zijn schoon, personeel behulpzaam en zéér gastvriendelijk. Ontbijt was goed en we gaan dit hotel zeker weer boeken als we in Manchester zijn.

Fijn mooi motel midden in het centrum
Heerlijk genoten in dit nette, schone, mooie hotel! Als verbeterpuntje, zou ik zeggen; De koffie die geserveerd word in de bar, deze was niet goed en erg duur. Verder ontzettend tevreden over mijn verblijf!
Ongezellige lounge! Slechte barkeeper! Net als Londen veel te druk tijdens ontbijt. Dus besloten bij Motel One uk niet meer te ontbijten. Kan niet tippen aan het brood van de Motels one op het continent

Een super locatie, middenin de stad maar geen geluidsoverlast, alles op loopafstand. Gezellige bar, goede sfeer en alles schoon en netjes.
Prima Hotel, vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Dat het raam in de kamer niet open kon was wel jammer.

Uw Motel One met Industrial Chic
Het design van ons Motel One Manchester Royal Exchange met de moderne industriële look doet denken aan de traditie van Manchester als 'Cottonopolis': hier draait alles zich om de grondstof katoen en de katoennijverheid. Aan de ingang brengen de zes meter hoge ronde bogen van staal en een wand van bedrukte linnen u meteen in de stemming van ons designthema. Naast meubels van Baxter en hanglampen van Alturo Alvarez zorgen kleine details zoals spoelen en spinmachines voor nog wat extra 'katoen'-accenten.
Een absolute blikvanger is het wandkunstwerk 'Cottonopolis' van de papierkunstenaar Andy Singleton waarin losse draden worden verwerkt tot een echt kunstwerk.
Ons voordelige hotel ligt direct tegenover het Royal Exchange Theatre, in het hartje van de binnenstad. Het stadhuis, de kathedraal van Manchester, de Manchester Arena en het Manchester Central Convention Complex liggen op wandelafstand. Praktische tips: de stations Victoria en Manchester Piccadilly liggen heel dichtbij, wat handig is voor uitstappen iets verder weg.
