Der var hvad der skulle være. Kunne godt savne en kogekedel og strygejern på værelset.

As always, a brillianty experience. Check-in short and to the point, kind staff, excellent facilities. Always a joy to be there.
Great room, lots of light. Nice breakfast. Some issues with the elevator, apparently only one of them worked consistently, which makes getting to the room tedious when it is located on the 10th floor!
Great stay - good location, nice and functional room, good shower and good Wifi. Check-in online efficient, staff friendly. And price/performance excellent! I wish other hotel chains were as good, even ones that are much more expensive!
Very good overall impression, as I am used to with Motel One. However, I would like to have freshly made scrambled eggs, omelette or something similar for breakfast!
Fifth time is this hotel sadly this time overall experience wasn’t a good one. Check out was 12 which I confirmed twice with reception. Housekeeping came to the room twice within 1 hour.

Got a room with strong smoking smell. Used breakfast voucher when booking, but at breakfast reception the lady can’t find my room number…
I stay here regularly. Due to the construction site at the back of the hotel, the receptionist advised me to take a room at the front of the hotel, but I found the traffic noise annoying and took a room at the back of the hotel. The room was at the far end from the construction, which began at 7am, so I just put earplugs in before the work started. One of the bar staff gave me a free coffee as I was working in the lobby in the morning. There was some problem entering the car park due to my car being right=hand drive and the sensor didn't work, so the receptionist had to come and let me in manually.
Hello ! the Berlin Tiergarten Motel One Team is perfect. I stay always in this Hotel, when I visit Berlin.....it feels like coming home!

Tell me your hotel is entirely designed for men, by men. I’ll go first: It’s 2024 and you still don’t provide any period products in the bathrooms of your rooms? Also no lid or liner in the trash bin in the bathroom?
Great location and very friendly staff. Rooms are getting a bit on the tired side and the main window in our family room could not be opened and was opaque with only a small (20cm) wide second window. Felt very much like a cell. Breakfast was very good.
Great hotel, convenient, clean and comfortable
This was our fourth stay here at Tiergarten. We were recognised by several members of staff and made to feel very welcome. The hotel gives the impression if being very well run. I can't speak too highly of the friendliness and professionalism of the whole staff.

Motel One Tiergarten is generally a good hotel. If I may comment, then it would be on the ventilation in the bathroom. The lack of it causes lots of damp to remain and towels dont dry well. Also the hooks on the bathroom door are worthless, towels fall off when opening the door. An other remark would be on the breakfast, no scrambled eggs and bacon is BIG missing. A great thing is the opening times of the lobby bar and reception.
Though my luggage was stored by the hotel, I slept in the lobby until the room was ready.
The staff at Motel One Tiergarten were extremely amazing and so welcoming and made our stay so special. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Will be coming back next September again
Very nice hotel with basic compact clean rooms, friendly staff in schöneberg area. Bar and lounge/lobby is a nice meering area.

One of the best hotel I ever stay in last few years. Employees are absolutely amazing so friendly and sweet. And help you with everything so perfectly. I stay here since 2018. And never had any issues. 10/10 I recommend
I was a bit surprised that the standard of the rooms is not like for example in Motel One on Kudamm or Vienna Hauptbahnhof. I've previously stayed at those two and expected the same quality of rooms.

Motel one is always my first go to in Germany. Their price is competitive and they are almost always in a good location close to subways.
As always, the staff was delightfully friendly, the room spacious, the balcony wonderful and the breakfast wholesome and plentiful. The adjoint parking garage was also really convenient. It wasn't my first Motel One experience and it won't be my last :-).
Hotel was clean, lovely bar area and garden but our room was a bit hot, despite an engineer checking the air con. Good location. Wish we had known the hotel has its own bikes for hire!
Great location, fun hiring the bikes and the bar made a great cup of tea in the evening.
The elevators seem to have a weird programming as only one goes to all the hall calls on each floor when going in one direction while the others stay still - you need to wait 5-10 minutes for an elevator even though there are 3 elevators. Otherwise good hotel. Loung area way too dark in the evening - avoid if you have trouble with eyesight or night sight.
Generally, the stay was very good. A clean room, friendly staff, welcoming atmosphere. As a person who has dietary requirements (vegan and gluten-free), the breakfast was overpriced. The only gluten free bread available was very dry, small and prepackaged. I appreciate the choice of vegan options however for 16 euros it was rather limited. The tomatoes were old and slimey.
Great location near Ku'dam and Zoo area with good transportation system. The hotel is quite comfortable and with friendly staff. Excellent price quality!

It was on the perfect location. Just at the end of Shopping and Luxurious West Berlin. It was quiet and safe. Receptionist Tatiana was just amazing and somehow she was there for us for any challenge we have faced.

A good motel one with an exceptionally friendly staff!
The lack of air conditioning and slow elevators made for a very poor experience. In addition, the smell of cigarette smoke in the hallways and especially in the lobby was disgusting. The bed was advertised as a "king size" bed -- it was not.
Great location near Wittenbergplatz U-Bahn, easy connections around city. Helpful & efficient staff.
Extremely friendly staff, couldn’t fault the breakfast. Room was adequate but lacked space, bedside tables, sufficient hanging space for clothes, safe for valuables. Air conditioning quite ineffective. Otherwise excellent, especially the staff!!!
Efter vi havde tjekket ind, kom receptionist op på 4. sal og meddelte, at der var noget galt med kortene. Da han 10 minutter senere kom op til os igen, var alt pludselig okay. Vi fik kortene igen. Vi fik aldrig en flaske vand. A/C var ikke eksisterende. Vi måtte sove med åbent vindue. Der var meget varmt og trafikken generede os og vores søvn rigtig meget. Alt i alt et ikke tilfredsstillende ophold

Valgte ikke at medbringe hund da prisen er sat op med 200% Så næste gang booker jeg hvor prisen for at medbringe hund er billigere eller gratis, og disse hoteller er faktisk lige om hjørnet.
Helt igennem tilfredstillende ophold på Motel One som altid. Det eneste der kunne få mig til at fravælge det næste gang er at der ikke er et køleskab på værelset.
Internettet virkede ikke hvilket receptionen viste da jeg henvendte mig til dem - det havde de vist i måneder men åbenbart ikke gjort noget selvom det burde tage få minutter at fixe. Dernæst er morgenmaden overpriced, ligesom parkeringen hvor jeg skulle betale 125€ imens det på gaden lige udenfor kostede 18€ Samtidig skulle jeg også malkes for ekstra mange penge fordi jeg medbragte hund, hvilket burde være et fast beløb uanset længde da det næppe koster så meget ekstra at redegøre 10 kvadratmeter værelse som de opkræver ekstra.
Kære Mobile One, desværre fik jeg en allergisk støv reaktion der gjorde at jeg måtte forkorte mit ophold med 2 dage. jeg tror det var gulvtæppet i værelset der gjorde det. Jeg kunne simpelthen ikke sove og få luft. Oldfruen støvsugede derinde ekstra grundigt men natten efter var den gal igen og jeg fik ikke sovet. der var en pige i receptionen der ikke var særlig høj som iflg. mig ikke var særlig kunde og service minded. derimod var der nattevagten i receptionen som var særlig imødekommende og forstående.

I bydelen City-West, ikke langt fra vores designhotel, venter en lang række highlights på at blive udforsket: Shoppingparadiset KaDeWe (Kaufhaus des Westens), Kaiser-Wilhelm-Gedächtniskirche og den eksklusive strøggade Ku’damm ligger lige om hjørnet. Efter få minutters gang befinder du dig i byparken Großer Tiergarten.
