Friendly staff, clean and modern rooms, stylish design in lounge/bar area
Considering it was Christmas and the hotel was short on staff, those on site working through the Festive Season with a friendly smile, deserve a special “Thank You”! The wait for cocktails for slightly longer but the chilled atmosphere of the hotel made it worthwhile. The rooms are designed in the standard Motel One design; clean and fresh as usual. We stayed with 8 people in three rooms and I can’t wait to come visit Dresden and Motel One next time. One thing to add, I read that a few guest complained about the simple breakfast. The hotel offers continental breakfast and it was perfect! There is no complaining about the fresh food. Buns are crisp, fruit salad was fresh as well and the list could go on. Perfect!
Very nice arranged hotel. The location is simply unbeatable….. right in the center and everything is easy reachable by foot. Amazing!

Everything was very good. The room was very clean and the facilities worked perfectly. The breakfast was very nice and the staff provided a very attentive service.

Positive and convenient is the availability of parking space directly at the hotel. Potential for improvements: 1. At breakfast about 8:30 a.m. there was a relatively large crowd, queues formed. Due to the arrangement of dishes, coffee machines, cutlery, etc., there was no flow. I've experienced this better in other MotelOne locations. Rethinking of layout and arrangement of the equipment with the aim of creating flow would significantly improve the situation. 2. The bar was also well attended in the evening. Space is limited. We found (6 people) place near the reception. We wanted to drink gin long drinks. Since there was probably no service here, we had to order the drinks at the bar, get them and pay directly. We didn't find that very amusing. Here, too, the situation could be improved with changes to layout and arrangement.
Skvělé situovaný hotel v centru, hezký zařízený, dobře vybavený a čistý pokoj (k dokonalosti chybí snad jen rychlovarná konvice), milý personál, výborná snídaně, velký výběr jídla.

I had a wonderful stay. The property is beautiful and so close to most sites. It is also very close to tram stops if you would like to go farther out. The lobby was beautiful with lots of seating and floor to ceiling windows. The beers in the lobby were cheap (at least by US standards). This was my 4th Motel One stay and all of them have been great!
The hotel in total is better, but the breakfast is still not good.

Another lovely stay at this Motel One. A nice room on a high floor with a view of the Zwinger, as requested, thank you. Charming and welcoming reception staff. Excellent location - everything within walking distance.
Please put a fridge in the room. Also a bathroom kit with the essentials. Breakfast was basic comparing to the overall hotel experience. It could be improved.

Excellent hotel. Very swanky decor. Staff is genuinely kind. Near the Old Town so easy to go out and explore. Only issue we had was parking as we arrived late. The garage was full but we were able to park down the street in another garage. May be best to reserve a spot before you come if possible.
Clean, quiet, comfortable. Excellent location. Typical Motel One room and bathroom; quite small but adequate. Friendly and helpful staff. Have stayed before and would do so again. A pity that no Motel bars have draught beer
We stayed here on night for a short lay-over in Dresden. Our room was nice - despite being rather small. The local of the hotel is perfect for a walk around the old part of Dresden. Breakfast was OK, but nothing impressive. All in all OK value for money 😊

Je těžké hodnotit, když si vždy, když je to možné, záměrně vybírám síť hotelů Motel One. Má to mnoho důvodů, ale před mnoha roky jsem si vybral Motel One Sendlinger Tor v Mnichově a od té doby chci vždy stejný komfort, kvalitu, snídani, specifický design a vhodné umístění hotelu. Víc asi není potřeba dodat.

Room was comfortable, clean and quiet. Best was the excellent air conditioning system which kept the room cool at night making it comfortable for sleeping.

Celý řetězec Motel One mám rád již od jeho vzniku, kdy jsem poprvé bydlel v Motel One Sendlinger Tor v Mnichově. Od té doby se snažím preferovat Motel One při pracovních i privátních pobytech v zahraničí. Vždy výborná kvalita ubytování, vhodně zvolená lokalita, kvalitní snídaně a design u mě hraje pozitivní roli.
S Motelem One jsem vždy spokojen, nicméně mi chybí jedna věc a zmiňuje ji nezanedbatelná část hostů a to je nabídka během snídaně. Jde o absenci teplých pokrmů - sázená vejce, uzenina, apod. To mi opravdu chybí.

Design Motel One Drážďany am Zwinger je inspirován porcelánovou sbírkou v drážďanském Zwingeru. Už August II. Silný byl velkým milovníkem „bílého zlata“, a proto jsme tomuto monarchovi zajistili čestné místo na stěně v naší One Lounge. Součástí našeho designového konceptu jsou také detailní snímky z muzea, figurky z pravého míšeňského porcelánu a svítidla Skygarden značky FLOS. Ve stínu arkád se rozprostírá naše rozlehlá Outdoor Lounge se sedmi bublajícími kašnami. V obklopení bambusových keřů se zde můžete uvolnit a sledovat dění na nedalekém náměstí Postplatz.
Jako host našeho designového hotelu v Drážďanech se ocitnete přímo v srdci nádherného barokního Starého Města. Hotel se nachází hned vedle Zwingeru a v bezprostřední blízkosti dalších památek, mezi nimi například Drážďanský zámek s historickou sbírkou Grünes Gewölbe, opera Semperoper a kostel Frauenkirche.
